Insurance Coverage

Medical Insurance

PPO & HDHP plans available. Pendleton covers 80% of premiums for employee-only coverage and 65% for family plans. Company-funded HSA contribution of up to $1,500/year for HDHP enrollees.

Dental Plan

Preventive care covered at 100%. Basic restorative at 80%. Major restorative and orthodontia at 50% up to an annual maximum of $2,000.

Vision Care

Annual eye exams covered at 100%. $200 allowance for frames or contact lenses annually. Discounts on LASIK through our vision network.

Life & Disability

Company-paid life insurance equal to 2x annual salary up to $500,000. Voluntary supplemental coverage available. Short-term and long-term disability included.

Retirement Planning

Traditional 401(k)

Pre-tax contributions up to IRS limits. Pendleton matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%. Vesting: 25% per year, fully vested at 4 years.

Roth 401(k)

After-tax contributions for tax-free growth. Same matching structure as Traditional. Ideal for employees expecting a higher tax bracket at retirement. Both plan types can be used simultaneously.

Time Off

11 Paid Holidays

New Year's Day, MLK Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Floating holidays available for alternative observances.

Generous PTO

Years 1–2: 15 days. Years 3–5: 18 days. Years 6+: 22 days. Up to 5 days roll over annually. Sick leave: 7 days per year, separate from PTO.
